Leipzig, Neo hippie utopia

After the fall of the Berlin Wall in 1989, almost 30% of the population from Leipzig (Est Germany), flee to the West. Years after,  people are starting to come back, using the empty spaces to test new alternative lifestyle. Some, like Suzy, buyed an old building and created a community; others try to locate innocupied buildings, contact the owners, and negociate with them to stay for free, keeping the place clean and making some  maintenance. The city has over 50 « house projects », which try to avoid gentrification and speculation.
